Girls Troop 2566

Our program

The same standard, their own troop.

Girls Troop 2566 runs the complete Scouts BSA program: camping, backpacking, merit badges, and leadership — planned and led entirely by the Scouts themselves. We meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, September through May, at Menlo Church in Saratoga, alongside Troop 566.

How advancement works

01

Scout → First Class

Core outdoor and Scoutcraft skills, earned on campouts in the first year or two.

02

Star & Life

Merit badges and real leadership positions in the troop.

03

Eagle Scout

A service project the Scout plans and leads, then a board of review.
